Gotto Catch up :
Today we did a complete race stretch on our Fours boat today ... complete with 'Race-start', the 'long-&-hards', and the 'Take-her-homes' and to our utter disbelief found that we were a good 60 seconds slower than our race timing. Damn ! At this rate, we could get creamed by Coromandel *and* SSI . Gotto get into the grind and train harder ...lots of catching up to do in training.
